Lemon Tree Counseling Services LLC was created in May 2025 to foster a supportive place for both clinicians and clients. We are based in Thomaston, CT, offering in-person and telehealth appointments to CT residents. We specialize in pediatric care, but also see adults. Halley graduated with her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University in 2022. Halley has worked in a variety of settings as a psychotherapist, including a public school, a mental health agency, and private practice.
